Created a logistic regression classifier model from scratch that is used to solve a supervised word sense disambiguation classification problem. The model is able to distinguish which word sense the word "line" is being used in given any input sentence and has a 75% success rate.
LiDAR Visualization Tool: Python, Open3D
Oct 2021 – Dec 2021
Developer
Developed a tool for autonomous vehicle researchers to visualize data from many different formats, including Waymo and nuScenes, by converting to a generic format. The tool displays RGB images, point clouds, and bounding boxes for all frames in the dataset.
Technica: React Native, TypeScript, AWS
May 2021 – Nov 2021
Mobile App Lead
Led the development of the Technica mobile app, which allows users to view and save events from the schedule, check in to venues, and connect with mentors for help. The frontend uses React Native and TypeScript, while the backend uses AWS DynamoDB, Lambda, and Gateway. As the lead, I provided feedback and guidance to other developers by conducting code reviews and delegating tickets. The app was released in both the App Store and Google Play Store and used by over 700 hackers.
